Learn how to pickle carrots and kraut from Rec and Park's Urban Agriculture and Community Gardens Program Director and Master Food Preserver Mei Ling Hui! She will teach you about the basics of pickle making, both with vinegars and natural fermentation, and tips you need to know to make sure your pickles are safe, crunchy, and delicious.
