Join our Urban Agriculture team for free community garden workshops this spring! We have a rescheduled fruit tree pruning and tool care workshop at Arlington Community Garden (Arlington Street and Highland Avenue) on Friday, March 24 beginning at 10 a.m. Get your tools and fruit trees ready for spring!
On Saturday, March 25, there are two events, including a How to Garden with Kids workshop at Alemany Farm (700 Alemany Boulevard) from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This workshop is for early childhood educators, with registration required here.
The second workshop is a basic beekeeping workshop facilitated by the San Francisco Beekeepers Association from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. John Armenian Church (275 Olympia Way). Learn the basics of urban beekeeping. Questions? Email classes@sfbee.org.
