We are reopening the Food Pantry at the Florence Fang Community Garden in partnership with the SF-Marin Food Bank. We will be in need of 10 - 15 volunteers every Saturday morning to ensure efficient distribution of food. We will be providing food for 200 households.
Here are the details:
DATE: Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 onward
TIME - 7am - 10am for volunteers; 8:30 - 9:30 for Food Pantry
LOCATION: 1 Diana St in the Bayview San Francisco CA 94124
TASKS: Set up; unloading food boxes; bagging produce for recipient households; monitoring the line; signing people in; registering new clients; removing excess produce to compost bins; overall clean-up at end of shift.

BONUS: Volunteers are entitled to a free bag of food for themselves.
