Key details about the conference:

Problem: Teams of high school students from various San Francisco high schools will learn and compete to create tangible solutions to real problems. This year FBL is partnering with the San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club, who champions for the improvement of Chinatown. San Francisco is proud to have the largest Chinatown Community, a unique network of businesses connected by a common culture. Unfortunately, Chinatown is experiencing a deficit in the number of teens engaging in chinatown community services and activities.
NETWORK … with other high school students with similar interests and active business leaders in the SF community.
LEARN … through research and explanation as to why their solution will be successful.
COMMUNICATE … their idea in a clear and concise manner in front of a panel of judges.
IMPACT … SF communities and businesses as winning solutions will receive monetary and peer-to-peer support from FBL to turn their plan into action.
We have limited space at our conference and are only allowing 4-12 students from each school to attend, plus a moderator or teacher. Please use your own discretion to choose these students and confirm your school's participation in the FBL Conference by filling out the form below by January 31st.
Once the form is filled out, we will send further information regarding the conference agenda and material needed for the presentation.
Best regards,
FBL Leadership
