Dear friends,
We are excited to invite you to the 2024 Jewish Teen Foundation (JTF) Community Celebration to honor the hard work of our impressive young leaders. It is such a joy to see their transformation into thoughtful philanthropists who are actively leading change in our community.
Over the past year, our JTF teens have dedicated their time to learning about nonprofits and giving, developing professional and leadership skills, discussing competing community needs, and applying their Jewish values in practical ways.
Our North Board diligently worked to support people affected by domestic violence, while our South Board focused on assisting individuals struggling with addiction. United by a shared passion, the two boards spent the year learning from experts and fundraising. During this critical time, they were able to award grants to vetted nonprofits in our community, in Israel, and beyond. Collectively, the boards raised over $80,000 from 700 donors!
This event will be held at the Jewish Community Center, 3200 California Street, in San Francisco (paid parking available).
Sunday, May 19
3:30–6:30 pm
Doors open at 3:00 pm with registration. Refreshments will be provided for all attendees and dinner to be provided for parent and teen sessions.
