Our courses are for girls and gender expansive youth entering 6th-12th grade
Spring Courses (School Year Programs) are after school or on weekends
Summer Courses are 5 - 14 days at various locations in California
All courses are offered on a sliding scale, every dollar spent supports your participant and others, minimizing financial barriers
Necessary gear, food, and transportation from GirlVentures Oakland office for all courses (except Girls* Climb On) is provided without additional cost.

GirlVentures is currently seeking seasonal instructional staff for all of our summer programs! Along with a willingness and enthusiasm to lead young people in the beautiful outdoors and facilitate curriculum based in social and emotional learning, we require all Instructors to be certified as Wilderness First Responders.
