Over the past 63 years, our Workreation program has provided young people with early work experience in our parks. Teens, 14 to 18, who live and go to school in San Francisco, are eligible to apply for a Workreation job. The program has offered local young people the opportunity to become a part of the workforce, tackle new challenges, learn responsibility and professionalism, and gain valuable job skills.
