This past year, Launch Coders ran a series of free, virtual summer and after school programs for elementary school students in underserved communities. Having received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from both students and parents, as featured on our website, we are now looking to broaden our reach by expanding our teaching team.
To give you a sense, teachers at Launch Coders meet weekly with a group of 5-6 students, as they run them through a number of games and activities all centered around the fundamentals of coding. On top of that, there will be weekly meetings for teachers to meet each other and get briefed on the following week’s class.
