At the heart of the LOT® program lies a mission dedicated to involving students in impactful character-building and leadership experiences.
Our programming is carefully crafted to cultivate the skills to navigate intricate life scenarios. Through monthly skill-building sessions and workshops, students are empowered to enhance their abilities to overcome challenges. Our approach thrives on collaboration, bringing together dedicated advisors, passionate volunteers, and esteemed guest speakers who offer diverse perspectives and personal experiences spanning various industries.
Students in grades 9-12 are eligible to enroll in the LOT® Program. For the 2023-2024 academic year, up to 20 students will be chosen to participate in the SF Black MBA LOT® Program. A nominal $15 membership fee secures your place as a future leader.
