We want to remind you that MEF offers a number of titles to screen during LGBTQ History Month in October.
We also want to remind you about our other LGBTQ-related titles, many of which have become staples in college classrooms over the years. Our collection includes Off the Straight & Narrow and Further Off the Straight & Narrow, Katherine Sender’s two groundbreaking videos on LGBTQ representations throughout the history of American television, and Playing Unfair, a fascinating glimpse into media representations of female athletes in the 1990s that includes a section on homophobia.
