Earlier today, Shine On SF was formally launched with an event in Union Square with Mayor London Breed, city leaders, community organizations and more! Shine On SF is a coalition committed to creating a clean and cared-for San Francisco, rallying a city of caretakers and reinstilling civic pride. The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department is excited to be a part of this coalition.
As a part of Shine On SF, be sure to participate in a city-wide art project throughout the summer by sharing what makes San Francisco shine on via cards on living “Golden Trees” throughout the city, including in Golden Gate Park, Union Square, and In Chan Kaajal.
