SWIB’s annual free Young Women’s Leadership Summit (YWLS) student conference will be held virtually on Saturday, January 22nd, 2022 and Sunday January 23rd, 2022 from 10am-2pm (PST). This year, YWLS will be focused on providing underserved, minority women-aligning high school girls with a broader sense of the business world.
Students will hear from inspiring female industry leaders, connect with current Stanford students, and interact with other students across California. This year, SWIB is hosting distinguished leaders Joy Ofodu (Tech Marketing at Instagram) and Erica Webber (IP Law at IBM), as well as having a special video appearance from Secretary Condoleezza Rice. In addition, students will engage in workshops to build professional development skills.
