The teens in the San Francisco Jack & Jill Chapter are hosting a Teen Tech Summit/Day Party fundraiser and invite your teens (Grades 8-12) to attend and spend a fun day together.
Teens will first participate in interactive workshops with African-American tech executives and recent college graduates working in tech presenting on a variety of topics (traditional & non-traditional career paths in tech, diversity in the workplace, building your brand, music and technology, internships, etc.) After, we will get out of their way, let them hang out with one another and dance to their favorite songs, led by DJ Showbiz. Your registration fee includes light breakfast, conference materials, lunch and the party. Proceeds will benefit StreetCode Academy, a wonderful nonprofit in East Palo Alto working to bridge the tech divide in our communities.
