UNDOCUWORKFORCE (14-24 YEARS OLD) | Paid Internship

July 6 – August 14, 2020

Meets on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons

UndocuWorkforce is the Bay Area’s first paid leadership program for undocumented LGBTQQ+ (and ally) youth ages 14-24.

UndocuWorkforce builds community through learning about topics such as gender and sexuality, diversity, and the intersectionalities of immigration, race/ethnicity, and power dynamics.

Interns hone their skills around job readiness, leadership, and emotional self-care and empowerment. They learn about current issues facing undocumented and immigrant communities and explore ways to navigate these challenges, all the while connecting with other youth who are passionate about these issues.

This internship is for youth who are motivated to learn about the connection between immigration and LGBTQ history. It is a fun and easy way to get paid and become a socially conscious individual ready to make a change in the world.
