YWLS is a free conference for female-identifying high school students that aims to empower attendees to influence the next generation of innovation and business leadership. Students will have the opportunity to hear from inspiring female leaders and connect with current Stanford students and other motivated high school students from across the country. In the past, we have hosted distinguished industry professionals such as Elizabeth Douglas, the CEO of WikiHow, Debbie Sterling, the founder of GoldieBlox.
The YWLS registration form will be active starting tomorrow, November 15. The application closes on Friday, December 13th at 11:59 PM PST, so we would appreciate if you can please remind your students of this deadline before your school closes for Winter Break.
Attendees will receive notice of their registration status via email no later than Sunday, January 12th, 2020. Waitlisted attendees will be accepted on a rolling basis as spots open.
Please see the attached flyer and the Stanford Women in Business brochure which can serve as promotional materials. If you or your students have any questions, I am happy to set up a time to talk on the phone to provide you with more information about the event.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Aava Farhadi
