Youth Empowerment Fund of the YMCA
Youth starting from ages 15-17 can apply for EMPLOYMENT as a Community Funder at the Youth Empowerment Fund of the YMCA! The Youth Empowerment Fund is a grant program that awards up to $10,000 at a time to youth projects such as new clubs at school or outside of it.
Community Funders are youth who review grant applications and make final decisions on which applicants are awarded funding. The youth in this job will be able to hone valuable professional skills, explore creative skills, and create connections.
The job spans the duration of the 2022-2023 school year and has 4 hours of work time per week minimum. No prior experience is needed. Application deadline: July 1st. Apply here now!
